QuiqSeat lets event organisers upload a guest list (names and table numbers) and generate a public lookup link and QR code so guests can find their table. The service is provided as-is for lawful event-organisation purposes only.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We recommend keeping a printed backup of your table plan at important events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kivein Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data, service interruption at your event, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this free service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed £0, reflecting that the service is provided free of charge.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time and may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We do not collect guest email addresses, payment details, or advertising identifiers.
We process organiser account data to provide the service you request (contract). Guest names are processed under legitimate interests, with the organiser acting as data controller and Kivein Ltd as data processor. Organisers must ensure they have a lawful basis to share their guest list.
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold (guest data auto-deletes within 30 days regardless). Email hello@kivein.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
We use essential cookies for organiser login sessions, and your browser's local storage to remember that you accepted these terms. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by QuiqSeat.
The service is not directed at children under 13. Organisers are responsible for having appropriate authority for any names in their guest list.
